After you confirm your order, you will receive an email with the activation key for your Movavi product(s) at the email address you provided. Usually it takes just a few minutes so, if you haven’t received the email within 15 minutes, check your ‘Junk’/’Spam’ folder. If the email is not there, please contact our Support Team.
Return and Refund
Your satisfaction with Movavi software is our primary goal. If you experience technical or other problems that cannot be solved (see our Refund Policy), you can contact our Support Team by filling out a contact form (https://movavi.freshdesk.com/en/support/tickets/new) or via email at email@example.com within 30 days of the purchase for a complete refund. The money will be returned to your bank or credit card account within 10 working days of confirmation by our Support Team.
